Sharing Stories, Building Bridges

From 5th-13th of November 2022, Upstream Stories members co-facilitated a digital training course coordinated by long-term partner organization DIALOGOS. “Sharing Stories, Building Bridges” was a 7-days long event held in Baitz, Germany, which we gathered 26 youth workers from all over Europe to commonly explore the Berkley method of Digital Storytelling.

During the first half of the training the participants worked intensively on their own personal stories, creating a short movie with their narrative and additional visual layers. For the second half, we dived deep into the facilitation process, equipping the participating youth workers with the necessary competences to run storytelling workshops in their own local context.
